Withdrawal

You can use this page to exercise your right of withdrawal regarding an order placed at Maison Peau.

Ordinary withdrawal will only apply when the order is within the corresponding legal period and, in the case of cosmetic products, when the product is unopened, with the seal intact, and unused.

If the cosmetic product is opened, unsealed, used, or tested, the request will be subject to review, as it may be excluded from ordinary withdrawal for reasons of health protection and hygiene.

If the product arrived defective, damaged, or does not correspond to the order placed, we will not process it as an ordinary withdrawal, but as an order incident or lack of conformity. In that case, please indicate it on the form so that we can review it correctly.
