1. Pre-chill the Cryo-Sticks in the refrigerator or in a bowl of ice cubes for at least 20–30 minutes. Remove them 5 minutes before use to eliminate excess cold.
   
2. Enhance your serum or mask, always with upward smoothing movements, avoiding downward pressure.
   
3. For reddened areas with symptoms of heat or itching, place one Cryo-Stick on the nape of the neck and gently place the other over the affected area, holding it for 1 minute.

After each use, wash with soap and water or clean with an alcohol-soaked cotton pad. Store in its box and keep in the refrigerator for future treatments.
